Stanford MBA Representatives Discussed Low-Carbon Economy with Prof Lin Boqiang at NBS

March 24th, 24 Representatives from Stanford Graduate School of Business visited NBS in Beijing, and attended a lecture on China’s green economy given by Professor Lin Boqiang, vice-Dean of NBS.

Professor Lin introduced China’s energy structure and consumption with a focus on the use of coal in China. He also gave policy recommendations on China’s energy reforms. Students from Stanford discussed topics including China’s energy import and Sino-US cooperation on energy.

This visit is the first step towards the establishment of the exchanging scheme between two school which will allow NBS’ MBA and EMBA students to visit Stanford GBS. It is also a signal for further cooperation on the fields of entrepreneurship and innovation.
