We should show more solicitude to our students and make more effort in cultivating students and a new generation of entrepreneurial and innovative talents. Meanwhile, we must cultivate our talents by integrating such international vision of entrepreneurship and innovation into the specific environment of China.

Biographical details Associate Dean and Professor of NBS; MOE “Changjiang Scholar” Professor, Candidate for the “1000 Talents Plan” held by the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, member of National Energy Expert Consulting Committee, member of Energy Price Expert Consulting Committee of the National Development and Reform Commission, chairman of the Global Agenda Council on Energy Security of the World Economic Forum based in Davos, and consult of several international organizations. Consulted by the national ministries and commissions, large-scale energy companies and renowned investment banks and funds worldwide, he is a great influential person the area of energy economy research. In the recent 3 years, he has published tens of papers in leading journals of energy economy, both at home and abroad, including Social Sciences in China, Economic Research and Energy Economics; hundreds of articles about energy and the environment in columns; articles for Internal Reference of the Xinhua News Agency and Social Scientific Achievements Newspaper of The National Social Science Fund Planning Office and General Office of the Central Committee.
